Allahın dilemması
No-one ever had a bigger problem with the idea of condemning people to eternal destruction than God himself. In these final chapters we will consider the extremes of pain which He has endured so that none of us need suffer such a fate.

- Allahın Kədəri
As I have worked on this book, I’ve had an increasing sense of one vital truth that I am completely failing to express; and that is how God himself feels about us, and the wrongs that we have done. Only when we start facing up to this reality do we begin to realize that, in all of this, it is God himself that has been most wronged.
God is the ultimate artist; taking an intimate and passionate delight in every aspect of his creation. He is also the perfect parent. He not only created our bodies, but knows all our thoughts and feelings. In a physical sense, He is self-sufficient and invulnerable. But although his adversary Satan cannot attack God directly, he can attack the things that God loves.
We don’t usually think of God feeling pain and sorrow: but he does. His chief concern is our hearts. If love can stir us to go to almost unthinkable lengths for others, would a perfect, infinite, God love less? And if it hurts us when we see others suffer, will it not hurt God more?
Those who oppose God try to accuse him of unfair conduct. But God designed this world for our enjoyment, gave us the power of choice and made no unreasonable demands. Yet still we tried to seize what was not ours. How can God be the arbiter of justice if He does not deliver the justice our actions deserve? Would we hesitate to swat a biting insect? But God’s love is so great that, despite all the grief we have caused, He was still prepared to suffer even more by allowing his faultless Son Jesus to pay the penalty for our misdeeds!

İndiyə qədər insan həyatı sağ qalıb: but is our ‘luck’ about to run out? While we are increasingly told there is no intelligence or moral authority in the universe that stands above our own, we keep finding even more ways of destroying ourselves. Necə bu qədər axmaq ola bilərik?
The sheer complexity of this world – ever more apparent the farther our knowledge extends – positively screams of an intelligence with purposes vastly greater than our own. Yet the prevailing attitude amongst many ‘influencers’ of our generation continues to be that life was the product of pure random chance. They insist there is no God and, ölüm zamanı, biz sadəcə olaraq mövcudluğumuzu dayandırırıq. In short, human life is a worthless accident.
But where is this culture of despair really coming from? Who is really pulling the strings? The Bible points to mankind’s ancient enemy, Şeytan. Contemptuous of love, he sees it as a weakness to be used as a bargaining chip to get his own way.
İşlər daha da pisləşə bilər? It doesn’t take much imagination to see they can: bəs niyə Allah indi müdaxilə etmir? Because there are still others who may yet turn back to God and be welcomed into heaven. Will you and your loved ones be among them?

Bundan sonra mükəmməl fədakarlıq həyatı yaşasaq belə, that could not eliminate the death sentence that God had warned would result from our sin. If God suspended his judgment against us, Satan would demand the same. But by choosing to take our place, Jesus paid our penalty; and Satan, as Jesus’ executioner, was left with no claim to mercy.
No-one should be forced to pay for another’s misdeeds: but the higher principles of love, mercy and forgiveness are able to satisfy the demands of justice, provided that a way can be found of preventing further offences.
İsa’ totally undeserved, yet wholly voluntary, sacrifice of himself in our place does not only provide a full satisfaction for all the demands of justice. It also establishes a love relationship with God that can only grow stronger and stronger as the aeons go by…
